摘要 A method for preparing an alcoholic beverage from various medicinal stuffs is provided to prevent hangover, alcoholic liver disease and neuronal diseases by adding the medicinal stuffs having blood nourishing effect, nutrition and robustness providing effect. The method comprises the steps of: (a) after soaking 31 wt.% of Codonopis lanceolata, 15 wt.% of Acanthopanax, 15 wt.% of mulberry leaves, 9 wt.% of Aralia contientalis, 9 wt.% of Angelicae Gigantis Radix, 9 wt.% of Dioscorea Rhizome, 5 wt.% of cinnamon bark, 5 wt.% of Chinese matrimony vine, and 2 wt.% of Epimedium koreanum Nakai in 35-60% alcohol, heating it at a temperature of 60-75 deg.C for 2-3 hours to obtain an extract solution; (b) mixing 27 wt.% of the extract solution, 68 wt.% of 30% alcohol, 1.2 wt.% of Codonopis lanceolata, 0.2 wt.% of pine needles, 0.1 wt.% of Chinese matrimony vine, and 3.5 wt.% of juice of the young antlers of the deer to obtain a mixture; and (c) ripening the mixture at a temperature of 35 deg.C for 3 days.
