PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary blade-type stirring device and a rotary blade-type stirring method capable of efficiently performing reversal movement associated with rotation of a rotary blade and drying operation by an airflow. SOLUTION: The rotary blade-type stirring device is provided in which a rotary blade (3) is fixed on a rotation driving axis (4) disposed in a state penetrating through a bottom wall of a stirring tank (1), and a raw material powder charged into the stirring tank (1) is mixed and stirred by rotating the rotary blade (3) in a bottom inside the stirring tank (1). The device is configured so that an airflow injection nozzle (14) is made to open on an upper side than a top end of the rotary blade (3) and on a peripheral side surface of the stirring tank (1) corresponding to a lower side than a surface of the raw material powder to be stirred, and an opening on the stirring tank side of the airflow injection nozzle (14) can be made to switch by a valve body (15).
