PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the vibration of a loader and the generation of noise from the loader immediately after the loader stars to move or immediately before the movement of the loader is stopped. SOLUTION: A driving part includes a rack moved integrally with a loader, and a gear engaged with the rack and rotated by a motor. The gear includes a combination of an elliptic gear and a round gear.
