A differential output TSPC(True Single Phase Clock) D-type flip-flop and a frequency divider using the same are provided to reduce a phase noise and be used in a circuit to need a large local oscillator such as a passive mixer by outputting a full swing signal. A differential output TSPC D-type flip-flop includes a first TSPC D-type flip-flop(200a), a second TSPC D-type flip-flop(200b), and a signal output unit(302). The first and second D-type flip-flops(200a,200b) inversely output an input signal according to a clock signal. The signal output unit(302) receives an output signal of the first and second TSPC D-type flip-flops(200a,200b) and outputs a differential signal. The signal output unit(302) includes a first transistor(T1), and a second transistor(T2). The first transistor(T1) receives the output signal of the first TSPC D-type flip-flop(200a) in a drain, and receives the output signal of the second TSPC D-type flip-flop(200b) in a gate. The second transistor(T2) receives the output signal of the second TSPC D-type flip-flop(200b) in a drain, and receives the output signal of the first TSPC D-type flip-flop(200a) in a gate. |
