<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a giveaway case for a beverage which can be structured to be more inexpensively manufacturable. <P>SOLUTION: The giveaway case 1 includes a polygonal top plate 2, a peripheral wall 4 consisting of joint small pieces 3 with a length corresponding to each side of the top plate, and a tab 15 to be folded inward at the open end edge of the peripheral wall made of a paper sheet.
