PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a buffering action serve always at conveying a printing paper in the state of readiness of printing. SOLUTION: A sensor holder 34 equipped with a paper sensor 35 is installed so as to be able to be set in both the regular position capable of detecting the printing paper 25 and the opened position capable of making a paper course 31 opened in the paper course 31 formed in a body case 21. A dumper mechanism 37 for reducing the bending degree of the printing paper 25 according to the tension applied to the printing paper 25 is installed in the sensor holder 34 while bending a part of the printing paper 25 which has been set in the paper route 31.
