A circuit board of a battery pack is provided to prevent an FPCB(Flexible Printed Circuit Board) from being cracked by protecting the FPCB from an external impact during bending soldered portions of the Flexible Printed Circuit Board. A circuit board of a battery pack includes first to third substrates. A predetermined wiring pattern is formed on the first substrate(111). The second substrate(112) is physically separated from the first substrate by a bending line. A predetermined wiring pattern is formed on the second substrate. The third substrate(120) is connected to one side of the first substrate and one side of the second substrate and formed over a bending line of the first and second substrates. The bendable third substrate electrically couples the wiring patterns of the first and second substrates with each other. Protective tapes(130) are formed on first and second regions. The first substrate is overlapped with the third substrate on the first region. The second substrate is overlapped with the third substrate on the second region.
