<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for differentiation-inducing mesenchymal stem cells having pluripotency to the chondrocytes. <P>SOLUTION: The invention relates to the method for preparing the chondrocytes from the mesenchymal stem cells by cultivation in a medium free from non-peptide differentiation inducing factor. The chondrocytes prepared by the method excludes polypeptide differentiation inducing factors as foreign substances, capable of avoiding problems such as adverse effects in grafting, easy to culture and reducing the preparation cost. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
