PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head mount display provided with a position adjustment mechanism capable of adjusting the head mount display to take an optional position and an optional attitude desired by a user with a very simple operation without the need for a fixing work using a machine screw or the like. SOLUTION: The head mount display is configured to include: a housing 1 mounted on the head of the user; a case 4 fitted to the side of the housing 1; a slide member 5 mounted to the case slidably forwards and backwards; an image display section 9; and a connection shaft 7 for connecting the slide member 5 to the image display section 9 via a first ball joint 6 provided to the slide member 5 and a second ball joint 8 provided to the image display section 9 so that the image display section 9 can simply be adjusted to come to a position right before the user's eyes without the need for using a tool or the like.
