<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of optimizing the moisture content of a paper sheet in transferring regardless of arrangement relation of a paper feed tray and a fixing unit and the number of paper sheets onboard the paper feed tray. <P>SOLUTION: The image forming apparatus equipped with an automatic both side apparatus 11 is provided with an ordinary printing mode 25 to transfer an image to the paper sheet when the paper sheet after paper feeding passes for the first time through a transfer section and a non-printing passage mode 24 to perform printing in paper refeeding through the fixing unit 8 and the automatic both side apparatus 11 and is equipped with a control means 21 to select either of the modes and to execute the same. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
