PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint reinforcement structure for a wooden building capable of tensely re-fastening by merely fastening on a beam side when a wood is thinned. SOLUTION: A hole 22 for connection laterally formed to be passed through a column 10 and bored by a predetermined length in the abutted end face 21 of a beam 20 along the direction of a beam vertical axis line 28, an arm mounting hole 24 is formed in the beam 20 so as to cross perpendicularly to the hole 22 for connection, and a tool insertion hole 28 tilted relative to the beam vertical axis line 28 and communicating with the tip part of the hole 22 for connection is formed in the beam. The structure further comprises a connection shaft 31 inserted in the hole 22 for connection, an arm 41 inserted into the arm mounting hole 24 and having a through hole 42, and a connection shaft pulling member 51 threaded with the screw part of the connection shaft 31 and capable of pulling the connection shaft 31 through the arm 41.
