PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distributed processing system, etc. which dynamically changes an processing execution node according to present status information of each node. SOLUTION: The system discriminates nodes to be always targets updating present information if a change occurs, and nodes to be targets to notice only that there happens a change, not content of the change if a change occurs in each node, and manages the present information regarding to each node. In a case that external input information is input, the most appropriate processing execution node is decided according to the present information of each node. In the decision, communication cost is used as a reference so that communication amount of the distributed processing system can be mostly reduced and efficiently processed.
