The invention relates to a mobile diagnosis device, comprising an ECG unit ( 1) for recording an ECG signal (55), said ECG unit (1) is provided with two or more ECG electrodes (27, 28) for the drawing of electrical signals from the body of a patient connected or which may be connected thereto, a pulsoximetr y unit (2) for the simultaneous recording of a plethysmographic signal (56), whereby the pulsoximetry unit (2), comprises at least one light source (17, 18) and at least one light sensor (20) for the optical measurement of blood perfusion in the microvessel system of the body tissue of the patient and a programme-controlled analytical unit (4) for analysis of the ECG signal (55) and the plethysmographic signal (56). According to the invention, such a diagnosis device suitable for the self-diagnosis of coronary/circulatory diseases may be provided, whereby the analytical unit (4) is suitable for th e automatic recognition of R peaks (57) in the ECG signal (55),for the automat ic recognition of peak values (58) in the plethysmographic signal (56) and for determination of the time difference (60) between an R peak (57) and a subsequent peak value (58) in the plethysmographic signal (56). Furthermore, the analytical unit (4) can be embodied for the determination of the time difference (61) between main and secondary peak values (58, 59) in the plethysmographic signal (56).
