The lock for railing passage (3) between two vertical sectors or posts (1, 2) of a tubular railing has a rod (5), at the ends of which are right-hand and left-hand threads (6, 7) for studs (16, 17). One of the studs has a bearing eye (9) and a bolt (18) turning about a horizontal axis with a first tube clamp (8). This can be locked to the first post of the passage. The second starred has a claw (10) for fastening to the second post.
