PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the distribution of flow of cooling fluid, to improve heat exchanging performance, to simplify assembling and manufacturing works and to reduce cost. SOLUTION: This multi-fluid heat exchanger 1 comprises a plurality of cores 2, a casing 5 storing the cores 2, and a partitioning member 7 mounted between the cores 2, and implements heat exchange between the cooled fluid circulated in each of the cores 2 and the cooling fluid passed through passing holes 21, 22 formed on the partitioning member 7 and circulated between each core 2 and the casing 5. The casing 5 comprises a plurality of case members 12, 13 mounted in a state of holding the partitioning member 7, and the case members 12, 13 are provided with members integrally formed to surround three sides of front and rear sides and a lateral side.
