<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing apparatus with which multimedia data can be easily created. <P>SOLUTION: The multimedia processing apparatus carries out a script of a data structure composed of a plot information description portion wherein media data are time-sequentially described, and a user navigate information description portion wherein corresponding of events and actions and execution conditions are time-sequentially described. The multimedia processing apparatus carries out the script, so that media data are time-sequentially reproduced and at the same time, a user interface indicating time-sequentially possible operations is outputted.
