<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for producing hand-rolled sushi improving a production rate in treating a predetermined amount of cooked rice, and allowing at least two cooks to efficiently take rice balls out without interfering with each other. <P>SOLUTION: The device for producing hand-rolled sushi 1 is structured so that cooked rice charged in a hopper part 8 is discharged through a discharge part 17 by a prescribed amount each time. The device has the following structure: output parts 5, 6 are provided at both of the right and left sides of the discharge part 17; receiving members 20 at the right and left sides of which at least two receiving parts 21, 22 for receiving the prescribed amount of the cooked rice discharged through the discharge part 17 are arranged, are mounted in freely reciprocating mode so as to alternately arrange the receiving parts 21, 22 directly beneath the discharge parts 17 respectively; the receiving parts 21, 22 are arranged so that the receiving part 22 at either one side of right or left side is placed directly beneath the discharge part 17, and at the same time, the receiving part 21 at the other side is placed at either of the right or left output part 5. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
