PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method which can manufacture a heat-retaining bathroom component which does not generate the phenomenon of noise. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a heat-retaining bathroom component comprises a heat-retention layer consisting of a foam molded body prepared on one surface side of a bathroom component, wherein an adhesive layer 4 consisting of a hot melt adhesive agent is prepared on one surface of the bathroom component, subsequently, a cavity 12 formed by the surface of the side of the adhesive layer of this bathroom component and a form block 7 covering the surface of this bathroom component is filled up with thermoplastic resin foaming particles, subsequently, the form block is heated at a temperature higher than the melting temperature of the thermoplastic resin foaming particles, and inmold molding is carried out to obtain a heat-retaining property bathroom component having the heat-retention layer consisting of the bathroom component and the foaming molded body which is adhered through the adhesive layer.
