<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet which adequately grows its crystal grain and decreases an iron loss. <P>SOLUTION: The non-oriented electromagnetic steel sheet with the excellently low iron loss comprises, by mass%, 0.01% or less C, 0.1% to 7.0% Si, 0.1% to 3.0% Al, 0.1% to 2.0% Mn, 0.0015% to 0.02% Ti, 0.00075% to 0.05% REM, 0.005% or less N, 0.005% or less S, and the balance iron with unavoidable impurities; contains REM-containing inclusions having a fissure and a fracture with diameters of 1 μm to 5 μm ; contains inclusions combined with TiN in an amount of 5% or more by a number ratio, with respect to all the REM-containing inclusions having a fissure and a fracture with diameters of 1 μm to 5 μm; and satisfies the relation of [REM]/[Ti]≥0.5, when [REM] represents the mass% of REM, and [Ti] represents the mass% of Ti. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
