PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide dye-sensitization type solar battery which has a high photoelectric conversion efficiency, which is lightweight and has a flexibility. SOLUTION: Sintering of a semiconductor layer 4 is performed on the surface of a sacrificial board 11 of a high thermal resistance, and an electrically conductive layer 2 and a supporting board 4 are formed on the surface of a semiconductor layer 4 afterwards, and by laminating obtained laminated material and counter circuit board 10 in which a counter electrode 5 is formed via a charge transport layer 3, plastic and the like that have lower heat-resistance can be used for the supporting board 4, and it is possible to aim at realizing light- weight dye-sensitization type solar battery. In addition, since impurities in semiconductor layer 4 is concentrated on the supporting board side, impurity concentration at the counter electrode side of semiconductor layer 4 is lowered, and it becomes possible to improve photoelectric conversion efficiency. |
