A wheel bearing device, comprising a cylindrical bearing body (22) having a wheel side hub part (24) and a constant velocity joint (52) side outer ring part (26) which are formed integrally with each other, a hub bearing (30) having an externally fitted member (62) fitted onto the bearing body (22) and rolling elements (28a, 28b), and a nut member (34) fixing the bearing body (22) to the hub bearing (30) supported on a vehicle body side by tightening it to the screw part (44) of the bearing body (22) after the bearing body (22) is press-fitted into the through-hole (58) of the externally fitted member (62) from the wheel side.
