PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded product having a good appearance shape by preventing a resin sheet from lowering in temperature at the time of shaping, and to enhance the production yield of the molded product. SOLUTION: This molding apparatus is constituted of upper and lower molds provided in a mutually opposed state, the heater parts provided to the almost central parts of the upper and lower molds and a sheet holding part for holding an upper sheet in the upward direction of the heater part so as to make the same almost parallel to the upper heating surface of the heater part in the upper direction of the heater part and holding the lower sheet so as to make the same almost parallel to the under heating surface of the heater part in the downward direction of the heater part. The first space formed between the upper mold and the upper resin sheet, the second space formed between the upper resin sheet and the lower resin sheet and the third space formed between the lower mold and the lower resin sheet are held airtightly.
