PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump making a solution resupply period shortened, stably delivering non-pulsing liquid, and realizing a flow rate control range and a flowrate control precision in consideration of pressure losses of subsequent equipment, in order to replace a conventional mechanical syringe pump that is equipped with dispensing function. SOLUTION: The pump which uses pressurized gas as a drive source and has the dispensing function of sucking and discharging a solution, delivers the non-pulsing liquid stably for a long time by controlling the increase and decrease of gas pressure. The gas pressure control 3, the control by a liquid level detecting optical sensor 4, and the adjustment of a back-pressure tube 7 are carried out, whereby a prescribed amount of solution is supplied in a short period of time, and the non-pulsating liquid is delivered by the pump in an universal flowrate range, taking into consideration of the pressure losses and withstand pressures of the subsequent equipments 9 receiving the delivered liquid.
