PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate separation of a catalyst after reaction and enable reuse, in a method for producing a carbon-carbon bond by coupling an aromatic boronic acid compound to an aromatic compound other than the aromatic boronic acid compound under a wet condition by Suzuki-Miyaura coupling method. SOLUTION: The method for producing the carbon-carbon bond comprises reacting an aromatic boronate with an aromatic compound under a wet condition in the presence of a palladium-carbon catalyst in which palladium is fixed on carbon particles.
