PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Ni-based alloy member having improved intercrystalline crack resistance of a weld metal and having high fatigue strength; a manufacturing method therefor; turbine engine parts; a welding material; and a manufacturing method therefor. SOLUTION: The Ni-based alloy member includes a non-treated region made from a Ni-based alloy, and a weld-restored region, wherein the restored region is made from a Ni-based alloy which contains Ti and has a laminarη-phase (a Ni-Ti compound) precipitated therein.
