PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To offer a technique for getting over even an acute level difference or groove over a wheel radius with small impact/vibration by advancing stress. SOLUTION: Rotational guide wheels 5, 6, sliding wheels 9-13, and a sloping annular crawler guide part made of a flexible crawler 7 are disposed separately from a moving wheel 4 inside and outside a wheel supporting holder part separately and closely. A rotational crawler part floating at an elevation angle when the wheels are advancing is positioned on a level difference part, and a wheel guide circuit in a bridge shape is constructed by the sloping annular crawler. Thus, the method and the device of the wheels are disclosed to get over a level difference with small vibration or impact by advancing stress with a technique that combines the small diameter wheels and the flexible crawler.
