PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To arrange a rotation screw wheel having an enhanced crushing efficiency and a simplified structure in place of a rotation impeller arranged in a conventional crushing fluidizing drier. SOLUTION: The fluidizing drying crusher is constituted as a vertically long cylindrical body. In the crusher, a blowing out port of a duct for feeding a gas from a gas feeding device is provided on a bottom of a hopper-like part of a column-like shape. On a ceiling part of the cylindrical part, a discharge duct exhibiting a suction function for feeding a substance to be treated to a fine powder recovery device for recovering a dried fine powder crushed to a predetermined particle size is provided. Screw plates having a partition disc fixed to a central part of a rotation shaft and exhibiting feeding force toward the partition disc are alternately screw-fixed to both left and right sides on the bottom of the hopper-like part of the cylindrical body. Further, the rotation shaft of the rotation screw made to a structure that a crushing rod is fixed in parallel to the rotation shaft with a desired gap so as to spread over an outer peripheral edge of the screw plate is rotatably and pivotally supported at a high speed and is arranged.
