PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of efficiently purifying raw sewage, or the like, while suppressing handling time and cost. SOLUTION: This raw sewage purifying device is composed of: a raw water pump tank for feeding charged raw sewage, or the like, to a pipe; a tilting type screen of separating the raw sewage, or the like, fed from the raw water pump tank into solid matter and waste water; purifying tanks for purifying the waste water returned from the tilting type screen and a tank; an underground penetrating tank for penetrating the waste water from the purifying tanks and the tank to underground; a reservoir for reserving the waste water passed through the underground penetrating tank; and a plurality of evaporating tank groups for evaporating the waste water in the reservoir, and water remaining in the reservoir is returned to the raw water pump tank, so as to be reutilized.
