ELECTRON EMISSION ELEMENT, ELECTRON EMISSION DISPLAY DEVICE USING SAME, AND DRIVING METHOD OF ELECTRON EMISSION ELEMENT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron emission element which reduces distortion of a picture by removing diode light emission by shielding an electric field from an anode electrode and then converging an electron beam emitted from an electron emission part, an electron emission display device using the same, and a driving method of the electron emission element.

SOLUTION: The electron emission element 50 includes a first electrode 30 having a data signal applied thereto, a second electrode 60 having a scan signal applied thereto, and an electron emitter 50 for performing emission control over electrons in response to a voltage difference between the data signal and the scan signal. An off-voltage of the scan signal is set lower than an on-voltage of the data signal.
