SOLUTION: This pallet conveyance device is constituted in such a way that a pallet transfer section 20 for carrying in and out to the outside and transferring the pallet P2 for conveying the cargo is provided on a floor surface F, a pallet conveyance means 21 is constituted to convey a pallet for storing on a pallet P1 in a pallet transfer section 18 higher than the pallet transfer section 20, and a pallet transfer means 22 for transferring the pallet for conveying the cargo P2 between the pallet transfer section 20 and the pallet for storing on the pallet P1 positioned in the pallet transfer section 18 is provided.
