<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent staying of water and to reduce the construction time. <P>SOLUTION: This staircase structure includes: a staircase-like concrete base 10 having two or more step parts 11<SB>1</SB>, 11<SB>2</SB>and 11<SB>3</SB>like a staircase; two or more pedestals 12<SB>11</SB>, 12<SB>12</SB>, 12<SB>13</SB>formed on the respective step parts 11<SB>1</SB>, 11<SB>2</SB>and 11<SB>3</SB>; and two or more step stones 14<SB>1</SB>, 14<SB>2</SB>and 14<SB>3</SB>installed on the respective pedestals 12<SB>11</SB>, 12<SB>12</SB>and 12<SB>13</SB>.
