PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezo-electric diaphragm pump less requiring a space for trapping air bubbles and enabling the avoidance of an increase in size.

SOLUTION: A pipe fixing body 26 is moved to a valve retainer 21 side against the elastic force of a spring body 30 by fixing a fixed casing 3 to a support casing 14. The tube wall of an intake side tube body 280a fixed to the pipe fixing body 26 is deformed outward by projecting from the lower surface of the valve retainer 21 by the movement so as to form a recessed part facing an opening in the tube body 280a, and an air bubble trap 33 arresting air bubbles X in a liquid Y is formed of the recessed part.
