<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming method by active ray curable inkjet recording capable of recording a high definition image excellent in lightfastness, free from color mixture and having high character quality stably, and to provide its recording device. <P>SOLUTION: In the image forming method performing printing on a recording material by ejecting ink containing an ultraviolet absorber, a photo radical generating agent, and a radical polymerization compound from an ink jet recording head onto the recording material, inert gas substitutes for the curing atmosphere after impact of ink. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
