PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To weight metadata or content groups in consideration of the strength of relativity between the content groups and the metadata and the specificity of the content groups to the metadata. SOLUTION: In generating a vector having a weight value on each of n content groups as each component, about every piece of m metadata, a weight calculation part 4 decides a component of interest from the components of the vector, weights a content group of interest corresponding to the component of interest in consideration of the strength of relativity between the content group of interest and metadata of interest corresponding to the component of interest and the specificity of the content group of interest to the metadata of interest, and decides the resultant value as a weight value to be substituted into the component of interest.
