PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cold-insulating pallet which has a simple structure, can surely cool matters to be cooled, such as fishes, to keep the freshness of the matters and prevent the breeding of bacteria, can easily change the size of the pallet and a pallet-setting place, and can be manufactured at a low cost. SOLUTION: This cold-insulating pallet is characterized by disposing a resin pipe unit 30 comprising a heat-exchanging fluid-feeding side main pipe 32, a heat-exchanging fluid-returning side main pipe 34, and a plurality of thin heat-exchanging pipes 36 each spun between the main pipes 32, 34 in a communicated state, disposing aluminum panels 12 for receiving the heat-exchanging pipes 36 on the back side in a contacted state and for loading the matters to be cooled on the front side, engaging connection members 16 for connecting the aluminum panels 12 to each other on the same plane at the side edge portions 14a of the aluminum panels 12, fixing back side plates 20 to be used as a setting face on the back sides of the aluminum panels 12 through prescribed spaces, and filling a heat-insulating material 52 between the aluminum panels 12 and the back side plates 20.
