PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for finishing a napped sheet by which the unconventional napped sheet in which swelling touch feeling and drape property are combined with elegant napped appearance represented by surface touch, lighting effect, etc., having a high-class feeling called suede tone or nubuck tone of natural leather. SOLUTION: The method for finishing the napped sheet comprises having a transfer pipe in which at least a part is composed of a specific narrow cross section in the cross section going straight to circulation treatment direction of the transfer pipe and circulating the napped sheet at 30-150°C temperature in the circulation treatment transfer apparatus and at 100-500 m/min rotation speed of the napped sheet when carrying out circulation treatment finishing of the napped sheet kept in endless state by using loop-like circulation treatment transfer apparatus in which the transfer pipe is connected to a retention tank.
