PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To configure a device which hardly damages a sensitive material by avoiding the phenomenon of depositing crystals from a development processing liquid on a guide roller bearing part which guides the photosensitive material, and making the guide roller rotate smoothly. SOLUTION: A development processing apparatus comprises forming a bearing hole 34A supporting the guide roller 36 to a sidewall 34 formed on the lower part of a rinsing water storage part 33, forming a groove G on the sidewall 34 between a through hole H and the bearing hole 34A formed on a bottom wall 33A of the rinsing water storage part 33, and rinsing a part of the bearing hole 34A, by guiding rinsing water W stored in the rinsing water storage part 33 to the bearing hole 34A via a groove G.
