The process involves sending a multimedia message service (MMS) type multimedia message, having a programming agent i.e. MMS agent, from a terminal (10A) to terminals (10B). The establishment of sound connection between the terminal (10A) and one of the terminals (10B) is automatically triggered with the agent. The agent activates, on the terminal (10B), the formation of a multimedia message to be sent to the terminal (10A).
