PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To firmly fix the pin of a leader piece, by winding, to the drawing out edge of a leader tape in a single reel tape cartridge. SOLUTION: A reversal part 24 provided at the drawing out edge of a leader tape 10 is wound around the pin 12 of a leader piece 11 and then reversed to put on the base part 23 of the drawing out edge of the leader tape 10, and then in such a state the base part 23 is placed on the upper surface of an anvil 26. Many suction holes 28 are dispersedly formed on the upper surface of the anvil 26, and the base part 23 is closely contacted and fixed to the anvil 26 by firm suction at each suction hole 28, and then in such a state a welding horn 27 is pressed from the upper side of the reversal part 24 to weld the base part 23 and the reversal part 24 together by an ultrasonic wave.
