PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disposer which is hard to produce clogging and reduces the maintenance work by crushing garbage, thereafter mashing it to pulverize. SOLUTION: A closure 24 is opened, the garbage is thrown into the disposer body 1 and the treating time previously prescribed according to a charge is set in a timer 22. After the closure 24 is closed and an on switch 21A is pressed, the garbage disposal is started. That is, a driving motor 12 is operated, at the same time a tap water supply electromagnetic valve 20 is opened, and the tap water is supplied in the disposer body 1. The garbage is cut out by an upper stirring blade 16 to be worked into fine crushed materials, after the crushed materials are further crushed by a lower stirring blade 17, the further crushed ones are led between a mano 5 and a metate 15 through an opening 4 to be mashed by the metate 15 rotated by the driving motor 12.
