<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking system automatically starting preheating so as to obtain a necessary preheating temperature at predetermined time, and raising an alarm when the preheating becomes defective due to some abnormality caused on preheating operation so as to cope with the abnormality. <P>SOLUTION: The cooking system has the following structure: a cooking control computer 2 controls an operation schedule for each cooking equipment such as a brazing pan 3 or an oven 4 usable in automatic cooking, based on control data to control each cooking equipment based on the operation schedule; the cooking control computer 2 maintains preheating time for cooking equipment required to be preheated so as to start the preheating at a time earlier than a cooking start time by the preheating time; a preheating-check time shorter than the preheating time, and a preheating-check temperature corresponding to the preheating-check time are maintained; and abnormality in the preheating is displayed when the temperature does not reach the preheating-check temperature even after the preheating-check time is passed after the preheating is started so that the alarm raises. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
