PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent wrong operation that an operator does not intend. SOLUTION: An operation section C1 is equipped with a motion accepting means C3 and an output means C4, and a processing section C2 is equipped with a receiving means C5, a decision means C7, and a processing means C8. The decision means C7 decides an invalid part based on input information that the receiving means C5 receives from the operation part C1 and a specific reference value and the processing means C8 does not perform the invalid part, thereby preventing wrong operation that the operator does not intend.
