<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simply discriminate two states, that is, a main switch off or AC power unplugging state and an AC power supply anomaly state, in electronic equipment. <P>SOLUTION: The voltage of a zero cross signal except at a zero cross point varies with voltage variation in DC voltage. If the time for which the condition that the zero cross signal is lower than a threshold level is satisfied is longer than a slow reference value, processing data are saved to a processing data saving part. The zero cross signal is linked to voltage variation in DC voltage to permit limited monitoring of only the zero cross signal.
