PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trunk lid structure in which a backwardly directed seat can be obtained by deformation even in a vehicle of the type having a trunk lid. SOLUTION: A cushion material 13a to constitute a seat back is stretched on a back side of a front side trunk lid panel 13, and when the front side trunk lid panel 13 is turned forward of a vehicle, the front side trunk lid panel 13 is erected, and the cushion material 13a side is directed backward of the vehicle to form a seat back part of the backwardly directed seat. When the front side trunk lid panel 13 is turned backward of the vehicle, the front side trunk lid panel 13 is erected, and the cushion material 13a side is directed forward of the vehicle to form the seat back part of a forwardly directed seat.
