Rod assembly (1) comprises a main hoop (3) with a holding device structured so that it pulls and fixes a branched hoop (5) against the main hoop on closing. Preferred Features: The holding device has a cable fixed with one end to the branched hoop and with the other end inside of the main hoop to a tension spring or spiral spring. The branched hoop is connected to the main hoop via a pivoting mechanism. The cable is fixed to a tension spring inside the main hoop.
