PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a recovered ink cartridge to be reproduced with high quality in view of a problem that the quality of the recovered ink cartridge gets remarkably uneven due to the various practical use after handed to users, although the reuse of the recovered ink cartridge by filling it with an ink is considered. SOLUTION: A reproduction processing suitable for the ink recovered cartridge is realized by providing a circuit board 30 having a domain, with the possibility of rewriting, which stores an ink-balance data calculated based on the quantity of ink discharged from the recording head of the ink cartridge 10, while taking account of the using status of the ink cartridge 10 after handed to users for the reproduction processing.
