An assembling platform is provided to improve accuracy of investigation by controlling a tide and wave with a vibration restricting plate and minimizing vibration, and to increase stability by adjusting height according to height of wave with buoyancy. An assembling platform comprises first and second air chambers(1,2) having bolt holes, an airtight air tank parts and a rod fixing holder(8), third and fourth air chambers(3,4) composed of bolt holes and air tank parts and installed between the first and second air chambers, bolts and nuts combined with the bolt holes to fix the air chambers, a rod fixing unit(9) installed to the first and second air chambers and arranged vertically to the rod fixing holder, a fixing angle(7) fastening the air chambers, an air hose(15) connected between the air chambers, an air injection pipe(14) composed of a gate valve to inject and discharge air from the first and second air chambers, plural rods(12) combined with the rod fixing holder and installed to the rod fixing unit, and a vibration restricting plate(13) mounted in the lower part of the rod.
