DEVICE FOR MANAGING TAKING OF PAID LEAVE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for managing the taking of paid leave that enables each employee to easily know about the taking of paid leave.

SOLUTION: Entry fields 118b for entering dates when paid leave is taken are displayed side by side in the same line as a name field 113. The standard number of days to be taken as paid leave is calculated which indicates how many days of paid leave an employee should have taken thus far provided that he or she has normally taken within the current year's schedule of operating days the scheduled number of days of paid leave that he or she must use in the current year. If the days of paid leave that he or she has taken thus far are fewer than the standard number of days to be taken as paid leave, then as many entry fields 118b as the days are fewer than the standard number are highlighted as warning fields 118c.
