PURPOSE: A wind-proof and heat-collecting device for improvement of thermal efficiency and all-weather use of a gas stove is provided to enable all-weather cooking without influences of wind, in cooking and to improve thermal efficiency by partially intercepting emission of ignition heat to the outside and promoting complete combustion. CONSTITUTION: In a wind-proof and heat-collecting device for improvement of thermal efficiency and all-weather use of a gas stove, a wind-intercepting screen(2) and a wind-intercepting and heat emission-preventing screen(3) are installed to a receptacle support(1) for the gas stove, and a coil(4) for preventing fire from being extinguished and for promoting complete combustion is installed between a receptacle and a gas emission port. When a receptacle is put on the wind-intercepting and heat emission-preventing screen, a gap is formed between the receptacle and the wind-intercepting and heat emission-preventing screen, and a heat emission passage is formed.
