<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a laminated molded product excellent in both of appearance quality and strength even when a thick-walled part is partially formed. SOLUTION: When a laminated molded product having a thick-walled part larger than other part in a thick wall dimension partially formed thereto is produced, a mold 20 having a skin surface material preliminarily arranged therein is filled with a molten resin 2 and nitrogen gas is introduced into the gap between the molten resin 2 around a thick wall molding part 30 and a molding surface 23 from a pressure introducing part 31. Since the nitrogen gas presses the molten resin 2 toward a molding surface 25 until molding is completed and the molten resin 2 is continuously brought to the close contact with the molding surface 25, the molten resin 2 generates no sink in the surface on the side opposite to the thick-walled part formed to the thick-wall molding part 30 and, since the thick-walled part is solid, a strength problem is not generated at all.</p> |
